Hello everyone!Hope all is well & you are enjoying your summer. We had a great day yesterday in Phil Campbell! Lots of sweet families & kiddos! Plus, we met some other groups who are doing different things for families affected by the storms....books, toys, boxes of goodies, etc. It was awesome to see all of the different groups coming together to help. 

One group, Alabama's Lost Toys, mentioned a possible event in Homewood scheduled for late in July. I'll keep you posted once I find out more....

As for the Dream Center Dream Days scheduled for July 11 & 13, I've been in touch with the coordinator trying to plan for how many & what we were going to do. She informed me today that they have had to change the times to ALL ages from 1-3PM. So no need for double shifts those days, but that also means about 50 kids per day for two hours! Yikes!

I had hoped to do Jellyfish Mobiles (we will do this tomorrow at Willow Wood), pinwheels & maybe puppets for the little ones and Duct Tape projects with the older ones. BTW, if you can donate a roll or two of Duct Tape, that would be great! The DC is going to try & help us with that, but I know from past projects, the more colors they have to pick from the more creative they can be! SO, if we can still divide the groups by ages we should still be able to go with my original plans for the different projects. If not, well, I've got to think about that......Be letting me know if you can help on either of those days. I will not be here on the 11, but have some great ladies who are going to lead it for me & I know will do a great job!
